About the hotel
The Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant De Burghoeve is located in the oldest tourist destination in the Netherlands: Valkenburg. This area is characterised by its rolling hills and the Geul. The Vaalsberg is, literally and figuratively, the pinnacle of this undulating landscape, making this hotel the perfect base for anyone who wants a weekend of biking or hiking.
Housed in a stylish farmhouse and outbuildings – the former stables – and featuring both a large terrace facing the street and a small, quiet garden terrace, this truly is a lovely place to stay. Of course, we also have comfortable and cosy rooms and an à la carte restaurant.
The hills of Limburg
The dazzlingly beautiful landscape of Limburg with its hills, valleys and babbling brooks is perfect for inspiring hiking and cycling. We are also within easy walking distance of Valkenburg centre and taking a day trip to the cities of Liege and Aachen is certainly recommended; Ideal, for example, for a shopping trip or to soak up some culture.
